I am too busy, and then when I am free, too lazy to keep up with this blog. But people keep asking me to post and so I will have to buckle down and post......
Maybe I should just cut down on my other commitments as cooking relaxes me. And then posting the photographs makes me feel some form of accomplishment.
This blog is about my catering business and a style of cooking that is slowly dying out.
